Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
1. Who we are
Sierra Copywriting, Kruszyńska 8, 87-810 Włocławek, Poland (NIP: 888-000-00-00, REGON: 340-000-000), support@sierracopywriting.com. These terms govern your use of sierracopywriting.com and any package or bespoke service you buy through it.
2. What we sell
Fixed-scope copywriting packages listed on Pricing, each stating its deliverable, word count or batch size, included revision rounds, and turnaround before you buy; and bespoke or retainer work agreed by individual quote for anything outside those packages.
3. Placing an order
You add a package to your cart, complete checkout, and submit a project brief for each package purchased. Checkout is currently provided as a demonstration flow: no live payment is processed through the site, and no card data is collected. Completing checkout registers your order and brief with us; we will contact you to confirm scope and arrange payment before drafting begins. Your order reference is shown on-screen at the end of checkout.
4. Prices, currency, and VAT
All prices are quoted in EUR, net of VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout: 23% for orders billed in Poland; 0% (reverse charge) for EU businesses supplying a valid-format VAT ID; 0% for orders billed outside the EU. This is a good-faith format check, not a VIES lookup — invoices are issued after manual verification, and this is not tax advice. PLN invoicing is available on request for Polish clients at the NBP exchange rate on the invoice date.
5. Turnaround
The turnaround stated on each package begins once we have received a complete brief for that package — not at the moment of payment. Incomplete or delayed briefs extend the turnaround by the same number of days.
6. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated on its card. Submit itemised feedback within 14 days of delivery; we return the revised draft on the same turnaround logic as the original round, wherever possible. Requests outside the included rounds, or after the 14-day window, are quoted separately.
7. Rights and IP
We retain all rights in any draft until your final payment for that package clears. On full payment, all rights in the delivered copy transfer to you. Until then, you may not publish or distribute drafts.
8. Cancellation and refunds
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms, including the statutory 14-day EU withdrawal right and how it applies to a digital service you’ve asked us to start immediately.
9. Confidentiality
We treat your brief, drafts, and any materials you share as confidential, and we do not publish them as samples or case studies without asking you first.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right a consumer has under mandatory Polish or EU law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to a package is limited to the amount you paid for that specific package, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you’re a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence, and you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. If you’re a business, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
