Sierra Copywriting ("we," "us"), Kruszyńska 8, 87-810 Włocławek, Poland (NIP: 888-000-00-00, REGON: 340-000-000), is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Contact us about privacy at support@sierracopywriting.com.

Contact details you give us: name, email, phone (optional), preferred working language.

Billing details: company name, country, billing address, EU VAT ID — all optional except country, and only collected if you place an order.

Project brief content: target audience, a website or product URL if relevant, tone notes, deadline preference, and any file or link you choose to share.

Cart contents, stored in your browser’s local storage on this device — this is not sent to us until you complete checkout.

Technical and analytics data, only if you accept the analytics cookie category: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site, via Google Analytics 4.

We do not collect payment card data. This site currently uses a demonstration checkout: no payment is taken and no card details are transmitted to or stored by us or by any processor.

To take and fulfil an order, and to correspond with you about it: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

To issue invoices and keep the accounting records Polish law requires: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

To run analytics, only after you opt in: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time via "Manage cookies."

To prevent fraud and abuse of our forms (e.g. spam-prevention checks): legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights.

Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics 4 — only once you’ve accepted the analytics cookie category. Data may be processed outside the EU under Google’s standard contractual clauses.

A form- or email-delivery service, if and once one is connected to process enquiry-form submissions; that service acts as our data processor under a data processing agreement.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Order, billing, and invoice records: 5 years, as required under Polish tax and accounting law.

Enquiry-form messages that don’t become an order: 12 months from your last contact with us.

Consent records (cookie choices): for as long as the consent is active, plus a reasonable evidence period after withdrawal.

Under the GDPR, you can ask us to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict how we use it; receive it in a portable format; or object to our processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with no effect on processing already carried out. To exercise any of these rights, email support@sierracopywriting.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
