How length & bulk affect price
How length & bulk affect price
- Word count and page count are the single biggest lever — more pages, more words, higher price.
- Batch size lowers the per-item cost on Product Descriptions: 120 descriptions cost less per item than 20.
- Monthly commitments (SEO, Email retainer) price lower per piece than the one-off equivalent.
- Bilingual authoring — English and Polish, independently written — is priced as two original drafts, never as one draft plus a translation fee.
All prices are shown net, excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout: 23% for Poland, reverse-charged at 0% for EU businesses with a valid-format VAT ID, and 0% outside the EU. PLN invoicing is available for Polish clients at the NBP exchange rate on the invoice date.

How do I actually pay?
Checkout currently runs as a demo flow — see the payment step for details. On completing it, your order and brief are registered with us and we’ll be in touch to confirm payment arrangements.
How is VAT worked out?
23% for Poland, 0% reverse-charge for an EU business with a valid-format VAT ID, 0% outside the EU. Full detail on the review step at checkout.
What happens if I need more revisions than my package includes?
Extra rounds can be added at the tier above’s per-round rate — ask before you buy if you’re between tiers.
Can I get a refund instead of using my revisions?
Revision rounds are the primary remedy for quality concerns once a draft is delivered — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms.
