Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you’re a consumer (or a sole trader buying outside your main trade) based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive as implemented in Polish law.

Copywriting is a digital service performed to your specification. If we waited 14 days before starting every brief, we couldn’t meet the turnaround stated on any package. So at checkout we ask you to expressly confirm two things: that you consent to us beginning work on your brief before the 14-day period ends, and that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (i.e. once we’ve delivered the finished copy). This is the standard, lawful exception for digital services under Polish and EU consumer law — without your explicit consent at checkout, we won’t start drafting.

(SEO Monthly/Growth Content, Newsletter Partner) You can cancel at any time before your next billing date. Work already delivered or in progress for the current billing cycle is not refunded; no further charges apply after cancellation takes effect.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under mandatory Polish or EU consumer law.
